Fueling The Future

We are thrilled to bring together 100 of our senior regional and support leaders from across the business for the ”Fueling Our Future” Levy Leadership Summit.  Through speakers, activities, workshops, and fun we aim to reconnect with each other, rally around a refreshed purpose, build our collective leadership capabilities, and approach 2023 refueled and aligned in our mission.

For approved travel expenses, please code to the cost center 33931 LFS OPERATIONS (9955). In the comment section, please specify it is for the “August Summit” in order for the expense to be approved to hit the cost center.

Preparing for the summit

A few important notes as you get ready for the Leadership Summit:

  • Transportation has been arranged to bring you from and back to the airport.  You will receive an email with your details.
  • Dress code for all Levy events will be business casual (jeans welcome).  The Greenbrier has its own dress code for certain areas/activities, which you can view here.  If you are golfing, you may not wear jeans on the course.  There is a casino on property that requires jackets after 7:00pm for men.

In order to have the best experience possible, please review our safety and responsibility guidelines:

  • If someone is not feeling well before the summit, please reach out to Molly Philips before you travel to The Greenbrier.  If you are not feeling well once at The Greenbrier, please reach out to Molly.  We will have covid tests on hand and have protocols in place to support any scenario.
  • While we will have outdoor options for many of the scheduled agenda items, we will be indoors for our meeting sessions and lunch.  As always, anyone who wants to wear a mask at any time is welcome to.
  • Levy is covering travel to and from The Greenbrier, two night’s accommodation from Monday, August 8th to Wednesday, August 10th, all planned group meals, and your selected activity on Tuesday, August 9th.  Any expenses outside of the summit agenda will be personal expenses.
  • The Leadership Summit has been put together for the collective enjoyment of our leadership team.  All planned agenda items and events are for summit attendees only. 
  • As ever, the most important thing we can all do to ensure everyone’s safety is to be aware of our surroundings and look out for each other.  In an effort to support this, a thorough safety and security assessment has already been conducted of The Greenbrier and the immediate area.
